The jury was picked, opening arguments made and testimony began Tuesday, as Charles Campbell Jr., 53, faces murder charges in the 2015 death of his roommate, Rodney Lutes. Police say Lutes was fatally shot in the neck area on Feb. 28, 2015 at his 617 Illinois Street home by his roomate, Campbell.
