Leaders see opportunity in heritage tourism

The Greater Blytheville Area Chamber of Commerce is pulling back on the reigns of the heritage tourism proposal it presented in May in an attempt to give the city more time to stabilize its finances, particularly in regard to the funds from the parks and recreation tax.
