I am writing this in regard to a recent veto by the mayor of the city of Gosnell. Recently, he has vetoed the efforts of the city council (twice) to maintain mosquito control for the city. According to the Center for Disease Control, over 30,000 people have been infected by West Nile since 1999, and in 2012 alone, there have been 1,118 cases of West Nile Virus. ...
