Calvin Davis Jr.

Calvin Davis Jr., born Jan. 16, 1973, in Osceola, passed away at the age of 51 on Aug. 2, 2024, in Houston, Texas.

He leaves behind a legacy of love and family, survived by his father, Calvin Davis Sr. of Fresno, Calif.; his mother, Patricia Haley of Henning, Tenn.; his sons, Calvin Davis III of Osceola, Colton Davis of North Little Rock and Jordan Lambert of Clarksville, Tenn.; and his daughter, Calneshia Davis of Osceola. He is also remembered by four brothers, Casper Pinkney Jr of Covington, Tenn., Reuben Quinn of Tennessee, Ketric Davis of California, and Lawrence Haley of Tennessee; four sisters, Blossom Adams of Covington, Tenn., Niesha Davis of Texas, Osau Treadwell of Illinois, and Jeanette Haley of Georgia; and his cherished eight grandchildren.

A visitation will be held Saturday, Aug. 17, from 12-2 p.m. at Bethlehem M.B. Church in Osceola, followed by the funeral service at 2 p.m. with Pastor Lawrence Haley officiating. The committal will take place at Whiteside Cemetery.

Wilson Funeral Home of Osceola is assisting the family with the arrangements. Calvin’s warmth and kindness will be missed by all who knew him.
