Anita Carrie Thomas

Anita Carrie Thomas, 87, of El Paso, Texas, formerly of Wilson, passed away Nov. 5, 2022, at her residence. She was a homemaker and a member of Macedonia MB Church in Wilson. Ms. Thomas was born April 13, 1935, in Athens, Ga., to Julius and Marie Bazzelle Thrasher. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charlie B. Thomas; and a brother.

She is survived by her niece, Sandra Reed, and three nephews of New York.

Visitation was Saturday, Nov. 12, from 1-2 p.m. with the funeral at 2 p.m. at Macedonia MB Church in Wilson. Burial was at Macedonia Cemetery in Wilson with Rev. Bryant Whitted officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola is in charge of arrangements.
