Toncelia "Tonnie" Webb Moore

Toncelia "Tonnie" Webb Moore, 81, of Manila, passed from this life Saturday, Oct. 1, 2022, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. Born in Manila, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Cordia Bell Giles Webb and had been a lifelong area resident. She was a 1959 graduate of Manila High School and received various certifications from The National Society of Tax Professionals and The American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers. Tonnie began her career with the Mississippi County Health Department after the high recommendation of Mrs. Bernece Bullard. She had served as administrator of the Buffalo Island Community Hospital formerly of Manila and had owned and operated TM Taxes and Bookkeeping for more than 30 years. She and her husband enjoyed Saturday night "date night" for over 62 years.  She looked forward to her trips to Branson and was just happy going anywhere with her family. Tonnie was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church in Manila. She especially enjoyed her Sunday night time with her family which she called "family church" where they would all gather at her house for a meal. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Jimmy McCain, and her sister, Kim Webb.

Survivors include her husband, Bobby Moore of the home; two sons, Brent Moore (Pamila) and Kent Moore (Margaret), all of Manila; two sisters, Juilda Kay "Jill" Poe of Leachville and Ernestine "Tinnie" Miller of Linden, Tenn. She also leaves four grandchildren, Heather Moore Kisner (Robert), Codie Moore Huffman (Michael), Morgan Moore Noble (Matt) and Weston Moore; seven great-grandchildren, Lydia, Bradley, Jett, Tripp, Amelia, Luke and Saylor.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Manila with Rev. Jim Swinford officiating.  Burial will follow in the Manila Cemetery. 

Active pallbearers will include Weston Moore, Robert Kisner, Michael Huffman, Tracy Poe, Rink Miller and Matt Noble. Serving as honorary pallbearers are Jett Kisner, Bradley Moore-Tyler, Tripp Noble and Luke Huffman. 

The family will receive visitors Monday evening from 6-8 at the funeral home.
