Dianne Chambers, 80, of Osceola, passed away July 7, 2022, at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro. She was a cook for the Manila School District and a member of New Hope Pentecostal Church of God. Ms. Chambers was born March 16, 1942, in Memphis, Tenn., to John and Gertrude Delancey Mills. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James Chambers; her son, James Anthony Chambers; eight brothers, Harvey Mills, Paul Mills, Andrew Mills, Wesley Mills, J.C. Mills, Armon Pickens, James Pickens and William Pickens; six sisters, Joann Sexton, Jewell Stites, Delores Pace, Letha Mae Brown, Virginia Bright and Pearl Hall.

She is survived by her daughter, Mary Spain of Etowah; one brother, Herschel Lee Mills of Southaven, Miss.; three grandchildren, Heather (Mark) Wroten of Dyess, Landon (McKenzie) Spain and Vallory (Braden) Sims of Etowah; five great-grandchildren, Chamber Wroten and Lyncoln Wroten of Dyess, Rhowan Sims, Emery Spain and Winnie Sims of Etowah.

Visitation will be Sunday, July 10, from 12:30-1:30 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Graveside services will follow at Garden Point Cemetery in Etowah at 2 p.m. with Bro. Clifford Britt officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola is in charge of arrangements.
