Edith Gail Henson

Edith Gail Henson, 73, of Blytheville, passed from this life on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at her home. Born to Vernon and Floye Mahan Green in Corning, she was a retired registered nurse who served her patients with comfort and care as a home health nurse. Gail was of the protestant faith, loved to read and work in her garden prior to her disability. Most important in Gail’s life was “hanging out” with her family as often as possible. Her parents preceded her in death.

Gail is survived by her husband of 49 years, Lyman Kelton Henson of the home; children, Heather Layla Henson of Blytheville, Shari Herbert of Prattville, Ala., Lori Delridge of Edmond, Okla.; grandchildren, Ryan Pruitt, Cannon Holland and Justin Schuelke all of Oklahoma City, Okla., Beth Mann of Osceola, Kami Henson of Prattville, Ala.; great-grandchildren, Rylee Pruitt, Kerri Schuelke, Lyla Schuelke; sisters, Joann Lunsford and Diane Hicks, both of Steele, Mo.

Funeral services will be held Monday, June 27, at 2 p.m. in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Billy Holifield officiating. Burial will be private.
