Lucy Mae Blake

Lucy Mae Blake, 75, of Jonesboro passed away April 13, 2022 at her residence. She was a cook and of the Baptist faith. Ms. Blake was born May 26, 1946, in Gilmore to Earnest Facon and Lucille Wilkins Cox. She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Henry Blake; and one sister, Dorothy Richmond.

She is survived by two sons, Jerome Blake of Dumas and Dannie Blake of Marion; one daughter, Pamela Blake of Chicago, Ill.; two sisters, Ellen Cox of Jonesboro and Hester Barker of Jonesboro; 20 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Friday, April 22, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with the funeral to follow at 1 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Tyronza. Burial will be at Riverview Cemetery in Marked Tree. Wilson Funeral Home in Tyronza is in charge of arrangements.
