Ruthie Lee Adams

Ruthie Lee Adams was born Sept. 14, 1943, to the late Jack Sanford and Ada Mason in Jericho. She departed this life Jan. 22, 2022, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro at the age of 75. She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter Joyce Adams.

She is survived by four daughters, Karen Adams of Hannibal, Mo., Patricia Adams of Grand Prairie, Texas, Brenda Adams of Plano, Texas, and Sharlene Adams of Blytheville; two sons, Tony Adams of Belleville, Ill., and Rodney Adams of Ennis, Texas; one sister, Earleane Machoka of Arlington, Texas; 21 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren and host of other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held Friday, Feb. 4, from 5-7 p.m. at Wolfe Brothers Funeral Home Chapel, 634 W. Main Street, Blytheville. Funeral service will be held Saturday, Feb. 5, at Jesus Only Apostolic Temple, 321 South Lake Street, Blytheville, at 12:00 (noon), burial will follow at Memory Garden Cemetery in Blytheville.
