Blake Bullard

Blake Alan Bullard, 37, passed away peacefully Thursday, Dec. 23, 2021.

Blake was a father first. His love and support for his daughter Kinsley Bullard was unsurpassed. He attended and was her number one fan at every cheer competition, t-ball game and soccer game. He would FaceTime Kinsley for hours so they could see and talk to each other when they were not together. Blake’s days off revolved around Kinsley’s wants and needs. He would drop everything to be with her to make more memories with her. Blake was a U.S. Navy veteran where he achieved the rank of Petty Officer Third Class. He served aboard the USS Gravely DDG107 Guided Missile Destroyer maiden voyage as a plank owner based out of Norfolk, Virginia. Blake was an electronics technician while in the Navy. He was currently working for the U.S. DOD contractor Raytheon Technology in Forrest, Miss., as a senior programmer/analyst in their Intelligence & Space Department.

Blake was preceded in death by his grandmother, Geneva Aaron Bullard; grandparents, John and Alice McHann; uncle, Alan Bullard.

Blake is survived by his daughter, Kinsley Ann Bullard, and her mother, Tiffany Stobaugh, of Manila; mother, Stacy McHann Bullard of Manila; father and step-mother, Ted and Kelly Bullard of Lake View; brother, Brock Bullard, and Mandy of Manila; nephew, Barrett Bullard of Manila; grandfather, Onward Bullard of Blytheville; and fiance, Morgan Layne of Gosnell.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, Dec. 30, at 2 p.m. in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until service at Cobb Funeral Home. Condolences may be express to the family at www.cobbfuneralhome.com.
