Miller Ross Jr.

Miller Ross Jr., 59, of Luxora, passed away Sept. 30, 2021, at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. He was a sanitation worker for the city of Luxora and of the Baptist faith. Mr. Ross was born Jan. 5, 1962, in Osceola to Miller Ross Sr. and Willie Mae Buchanan. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Johnny Neal Cook.

He is survived by one brother, Jerry Willis of Louisville, Texas; cousins, Michael Hall Ross of Indianapolis, Ind., Murray Ross of Osceola, and Katherine Ross of Newport; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation was Friday, Oct. 8, from 12-2 p.m. with the funeral following at 2 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Burial was at Sandy Ridge Cemetery in Burdette with Pastor Bobby Savage. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola was in charge of arrangements.
