Charlotte Rice

Charlotte Rice, 74, of Peabody, Kan., longtime Manila resident, passed from this life Sunday, Sept. 26, 2021, in Peabody. Born in Manila, she was the daughter of the late J.B. and Helen Hedge Rice and was a 1964 graduate of Manila High School. Charlotte was a retired clerk for the Union Pacific Railroad and was a longtime member of the Bethany Baptist Church in Manila. 

Survivors include a daughter, Kim Dirks of Peabody, Kan.; one grandson, David Dirks of Peabody, Kan.; one sister, Pam Renfroe of McAlister, Okla.
