Carolyn Rose Herron, 59, of Luxora, passed away Friday, July 23, 2021 at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro.

Born to Norman and Elsie King Lindsey in Osceola, Carolyn was retired from Ek Adams and was of the Christian faith. After retirement, she spent the last twenty years on the road with her husband Henry and got to see a lot of the United States. Carolyn loved to go fishing and always looked forward to the yearly family lake trip. Family meant the most to Carolyn and she devoted all of her time to taking care of them, especially her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Norman Lindsey; and her sister, Glenda Lindsey.

Carolyn is survived by her husband, Henry Herron of the home; children, Tony and Lynzie Herron of Osceola and Steve and Angela Herron of Luxora; mother, Elsie Lindsey of Marmaduke; brother, Norman Lindsey, Jr. and his wife Linda of Luxora; sisters, Ann and Jackie Kelley of Leachville, Connie and William Herron of Paragould and Angela and Jamie Page of Marmaduke; grandchildren, Ali and Alayna Herron of Osceola and Waylon and Kayti Herron of Luxora; brother and sisters in law, Jeff Herron of Dyersburg, Tenn., Sue and Ralph Medlin of Gosnell, Darlene Folsom of Huffman and Bobbie and Stanley Huffman of Pleasant Plains.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, July 27, at 11 a.m. in Dogwood Cemetery with Billy Holifield officiating. There will be no visitation. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.cobbfuneralhome.com.
