Gov. Hutchinson to host 'community conversation' on Covid at Chickasaw Arena

According to Blytheville Mayor James Sanders' office, Gov. Asa Hutchinson will be in Blytheville at noon Tuesday when he will lead a community conversation on COVID-19 at the new Chickasaw Arena.

"The City of Blytheville will host Governor Asa Hutchinson for an impromptu community conversation on Tuesday, July 13th at noon," city of Blytheville human resources director Melisa Logan wrote in an email Monday morning. "This community forum will be held at the new Chickasaw Arena located on 7th and Park Streets across from the old Chickasaw gymnasium. You are invited to participate as a legislative body to voice any concerns or to offers any suggestions as they relate to the Coronavirus, low Vaccination turnout, herd immunity, the newest strand, and what as a community we can contribute to affect change."
