Marquez Quayvon Daniel

Marquez Quayvon Daniel of Marion was born Dec. 7, 2002, in Jonesboro to Randy Daniel and Marketta Nelson. He was a stock man and was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Daniel passed away at the Medical Center of Aurora in Aurora, Colo., at the age of 18. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Carol Nelson.

He is survived by his father, Randy Daniel of Marion; his mother, Marketta Nelson of Kennett, Mo.; his son, Quayvon Miguel Miles-Daniel of Aurora, Colo.; eight brothers, Devonte Jones, Venito Johnson, Jr. and Marquan Nelson, all of Missouri, Garyon Brown of Las Vegas, Nev., Lyndell Buckingham of Arkansas, Dayven Daniel and Jaqualyn Daniel, both of Marion, and Devonte Daniel of Marked Tree; three sisters, Gia Rose of Missouri, Keyarah Marshall and Ranique Daniel, both Fayetteville; and grandparents, Eddie McCray of Memphis, Tenn., and Willie Daniel and Charlene Daniel, both of Marked Tree.

A funeral will be held at Wilson Funeral Home on Saturday, June 26, at 2 p.m. with burial following at Sandy Ridge Cemetery in Burdette. Services are provided by Wilson Funeral Home Blytheville.
