Phillip Dean Smith

Phillip Dean Smith of Blytheville was born Aug. 6, 1985, in Ft. Campbell, Ky., to Thomas Dean Smith and Karen Mercer Joy. He worked as a stock man for Wal-Mart on Highland, Drive in Jonesboro. Mr. Smith passed away June 10, 2021, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro at the age of 35.

He is survived by his father, Thomas Dean Smith of Virginia; his mother and stepfather, Karen Mercer Joy and Ed Joy, both of Leonard Town, Mo.; his wife, Jennifer Reynolds Smith of Blytheville; furbabies, Chip aka Little Guy and Bella; one sister, Vicki Miranda (Andrew) of Edgewater, Mo.; his grandmother, Sylvia Mercer of Leonard Town, Mo.; a host of other relatives and many friends.

He will be cremated. Services are provided by Wilson Funeral Home Blytheville.
