Rosalind “Momma June” Key

Rosalind “Momma June” Key of West Memphis, beloved mother, grandmother, aunt and friend, passed away peacefully Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2021, in the loving arms of her daughter.

June was retired from the family business Key & Son Auto Electric, a 50 year business in West Memphis. She loved spending time in Rivervale, where she grew up in her younger years. June spent many hours on the banks of Rivervale enjoying the peace and quiet with her family and friends. Art was also one of her passions.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Lola Key, and her brother, Danny Key.

June is survived by her daughter, Donna Miller of West Memphis, and son-in-law Evan Miller, who also lovingly cared for her; her son, Tony Spivey, and his wife Sheri of Goodland, Kan.; nine grandchildren and one great-grandson; her nephew, Jordy (Jessica) Key, and three children; her special friends, Stacy and Bobby; her two cats which she loved dearly; and a host of life long friends. Momma June was one of a kind and will be greatly missed.

A memorial tribute to June’s life will be held at a later date in the spring when all the flowers are blooming. Donations in her honor can be made to Avondale Baptist Church in West Memphis.
