Phyllis "Penny" Moreland

Phyllis "Penny" Moreland, 73, of Payson Ariz., passed away Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2020. She was born in Blytheville on March 2, 1947. Penny had a career with the USPS from which she retired. She had a passion for animals and volunteered at Blytheville Humane Society. Penny was preceded in death by her youngest son, Billy Cawthon, and is survived by her oldest son, George Cawthon.
