Kenneth Bell of Trumann departed this life on Sunday, Sept. 6, 2020, at Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro at the age of 82 years, 8 months and 11 days. He was born Sunday, Dec. 26, 1937, in Rector and lived in the Trumann area most of his life. He was an auto mechanic and a member of Central Community Church. He was preceded in death by one son, Larry Luna; one grandson, Jonathon Bell; two sisters; five brothers; and his parents, Sid and Gurtie M. Little Bell.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Marjorie Mullins Bell of the home; two sons, Scott (Patty) Bell of Brookland and Steve Bell of Osceola; two daughters, Connie Criswell of Paragould and Christine (A.J.) Fortier of Jonesboro; one sister, Dollie Rudd of Kennett, Mo.; seven grandchildren, Jessica Knight, Kenneth Fortier, Geoff Fortier, Brandy Rinks, Jordan Crisswell, Shawn Bell and Tabitha Bell; and eight great-grandchildren.

Visitation was Thursday from 10-11 a.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann. A Celebration of Life followed in the Chapel of Thompson Funeral Home with Reverend Allen Elkins officiating. Burial followed at Pine Log Cemetery in Brookland. Pallbearers were Kenneth Fortier, Jackie Newberry, Tony Newberry, Nathan Knight, Jesse Thompson, and Shawn Bell. In compliance with COVID-19 restrictions, social distancing was required along with face masks and the signing of a COVID-19 form required.
