Andrew Lee McLaurin, Sr.

Andrew Lee McLaurin, Sr. "Max", 37, of Osceola died Aug. 24, 2020. He was a cook at Sandbar Grille in Osceola and of the Methodist faith. Mr. McLaurin was born May 11, 1983 in Memphis, Tenn., to Anthony McLaurin, Sr. and Brenda Jones. He was preceded in death by his father, Anthony McLaurin, Sr.; his stepfather, Torrence Lane, Sr.; two brothers, Aaron Lane and Anthony McLaurin, Jr.; and one sister, Mary Alice Lane.

He is survived by his mother, Brenda Lane of Osceola; mother of his children, Marilyn McKinney of Osceola; one son, Andrew Lee McLaurin, Jr. of Osceola; three daughters, Amani Lasha McKinney, Aniyah Nasha McKinney and Andrea Nicole McLaurin of Osceola; three brothers, Lemmie McLaurin and Clint Lane of Osceola, and Torrence Lane, Jr. of Nashville, Tenn.; four sisters, Angela Brown, Sharocker Peoples and LaToya Brown of Osceola, and Shasta Lane of Turrell.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 28, at New Generation in Osceola. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 29, at New Generation in Osceola. Burial will be at Shady Grove Cemetery in Evadale with Pastor Jessie Jones officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola is in charge.
