Blazin’ BBQ canceled

After meeting with state and local officials and lengthy discussions with many of volunteers, the Blazin’ BBQ Festival board has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Blazin’ BBQ Festival, according to a post on its Facebook page. The annual event is sponsored by the Manila Volunteer Fire Department. Due to Covid-19 the original April date for the festival was postponed until the fall with the hope it would be safe to hold the festival. The festival draws a very, large crowd each year.
