Stephanie Ann Perry was born Aug. 2, 1952, in Milo, Okla., to the late Thomas McGee, Sr. and the late Rena Stevenson Murphy. She was a hair stylist and a member of Temple of Praise in Blytheville, where she sat on both the motherboard and the trustee board. Mrs. Perry passed away Aug. 1, 2020, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro at the age of 67. She is preceded in death by her father, Thomas McGee, Sr.; her mother, Rena Stevenson Murphy, and stepfather, Otis Murphy, Sr.; her husband, Joe Charles Perry, Sr.; two brothers, Robert Miles and Otis Murphy, Jr.; one sister, Marvella Miles; and her brother-in-law, Larry Horner.

She is survived by one son, Damione Perry, Sr. (Veronica) of Barstow, Calif.; six stepsons, Bobby Ray Perry (Gloria) of Clarkesville, Tenn., Jimmy Liddell of Memphis, Tenn., Joe Charles Perry, Jr. (Pamela) and Joe Ray Perry, Sr. (Tawanda), both of Osceola, Eric Dokes, Sr. of Indiana and Jerry Hill of Blytheville; two daughters, Lakesha Brown (Tony) and Judy (Rev. Issac) Johnson, both of Blytheville; three stepdaughters, Anna Brown (James) of Blytheville, Joann Petty of Jonesboro and Iola Vornes of Osceola; two brothers, Charles Murphy of Blytheville and Odis Murphy; five sisters, Margaret Washington of Lawton, Okla., Deborah Horner, Denise Lee (Cornelius), Jeanetta Murphy and Lola Bobo (Wendall), all of Blytheville; her special friends, Bishop John Murphy and Maggie Murphy, Sheila Poole, Rose Mary Clanton and Jean Adams; 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

The visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7, at Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville. The funeral will be held the following day Saturday, Aug. 8, at 10:00 a.m. at Temple of Praise in Blytheville, Pastor Issac Johnson officiating. The burial will be held at Gethsemane Memorial Cemetery in Blytheville. Services are provided by Wilson Funeral Home Blytheville.
