Patsy Elaine Loyd
Patsy Elaine Loyd, 58, of Trumann died Friday, June 26, 2020, at St. Bernards Medical Center. She was born in Jonesboro, was a homemaker, had lived in Trumann her lifetime and was of the Pentecostal faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hubert and Lottie Carpenter Russell, five brothers, Johnny Russell, Ray Russell, David Russell, Eugene Russell and Charlie Russell, and one sister, Beatrice Russell.
She is survived by her husband of 31 years, James Loyd of the home; son, Zachary Loyd of Trumann; daughter, Chassidy Reeves of Trumann; two brothers, Sam Russell of Cherry Valley and Nathan Russell of Trumann; two sisters, Theresa Ealey of Paragould and Vonda Taylor of Basehor, Kan.; nine grandchildren, Faith Schales, Zane Schales, Seth Schales, Paige Schales, Rebecka Ragland, Evan Chuter, Matthew Shepard, McKenzie Shepard, and Emma Shepard; and one great-granddaughter, Danielle Reyes.
A Celebration of life will be Tuesday, June 30, in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home with Reverend Jeff Watson officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery in Jonesboro. Pallbearers will be Zane Schales, David Russell, James Loyd, Donald Ealey, Bobby Taylor and Jason Reyes.
