Freddie Ware

Freddie Ware, 88, of Luxora, died May 31, 2020 at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. He was a retired farmer, of the Baptist faith and a lifetime resident of the Luxora area. Mr. Ware was born July 18, 1931 in Luxora to Hezekiah and Lula Collins Ware. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Dorothy Gene Ware; his brothers, Clifton Ware, Willie Ware, Frank AB Ware, George Ware, Robert Ware and Nora Ware; his sisters, Laura Gaines, Fredia Jackson and Irene Calloway.

He is survived by one son, Freddy Ware of Luxora; four daughters, Freda (Kelvin) Crawford, Teresa (Kirby) McDonald and Ruth Ware of Luxora, Debbie (George) Walker of Saginaw, Texas; one brother Russell Ware, of Blytheville; special sisters-in-law, Vivon Ware and Corine Ware of Blytheville; six grandchildren, Casheena Ware of Jonesboro, Clarissa (Ronald) Willis of Hutto, Texas, Sylvia (Cleveland) Ware of Paragould, Frederick Ware of Luxora, Brianna Crawford and Isaiah Crawford of Fort Worth, Texas; four great-grandchildren, Amiyah Wooley of Fort Worth, Texas, Ronald Willis III and Rylen Willis of Hutto, Texas, and Christopher Monroe Williams of Paragould.

Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, June 6, at Whiteside Cemetery in Osceola with Rev. George Ware officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola is in charge.
