Betty Joe Suttles

Betty Joe Suttles was born Jan. 6, 1966, in Osceola to the late Richard Roosevelt Suttles and Susie Mae Suttles. She departed this life Tuesday, May 19, 2020, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro at the age of 54. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard Roosevelt Suttles and Susie Mae Suttles, and her grandparents, Onie and Sirboner Stanley.

Betty Joe leaves to cherish her memories, a special friend, Michael Wilson; one son, Darren Suttles Sr.; nine brothers, Chris Minor, John Watson, James Watson, Richard Suttles, Gene Suttles, Tony Elliott and R.B. Suttles, all of Osceola, Larry Fuller of Kalamazoo, Mich., and Robert Fuller of Houston, Texas; three special aunts, Willena Brown of Lanett, Ala., Onie Mae Stanley of Osceola and Betty Jean Stanley of Gilmore; a special nephew, Hartzell Vornes; three grandchildren, Darren Suttles Jr., Cashanti Suttles and Dashiya Palmore; and a host of other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held Saturday, May 30, from 11:00-11:55 a.m., at Pilgrim Rest Church in Osceola. Graveside service will follow at noon at Whiteside Cemetery in Osceola.
