Bennie Edward Miles

Bennie Edward Miles, 68, of Osceola, died Feb. 18, 2020, at his home. He was a retired factory worker and jailer for Mississippi County, a Mason, Shriner and of the Baptist faith. Mr. Miles was born April 20, 1952 in Osceola to James Edward Miles and Willie Odell Miles Mitchell. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, George Walter Miles.

He is survived by five brothers, Willie Craig of Osceola, Willie Maies Miles of Albuquerque, N.M., Jerry Miles of Jersey, N.Y., James Charles Miles of Fort Dodge, Iowa, Lawrence Miles of Davenport, Iowa; three sisters, Susie McLaughlin of Mt. Clement, Mich., Patricia Kalu and Jenifer Henderson of Davenport, Iowa. Visitation will be Saturday, Feb. 29, from 12-2 with the funeral at 2 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, Dr. Moses Black, officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola is in charge.
