Earl Henry Caruthers

Earl Henry Caruthers, 68, of St. Louis, Mo., died Nov. 23, 2019, at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis. He was retired mechanic for CSX Railroad and of the Baptist faith. Mr. Caruthers was born Sept. 18, 1951 in Keiser to Ike and Emma Strode Caruthers, Sr. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Lee Ottis Coleman and one sister Opra Usery.

He is survived by his wife Evelyn Goodlow of St. Louis, Mo.; three sons, Randy Caruthers of Blytheville, Michael Caruthers and Tyrone Jackson of Osceola; seven daughters, Ava Renea Goodlow and Laquita (Willie) Morrow of St. Louis, Mo., Shermaine (James) Travis of Osceola, Lakeicia Caruthers of Heinzville, Ga., Feleicia Caruthers and Tiffany (Arlando Morgan) Caruthers of Jonesboro and Denise Caruthers of Dallas, Texas; two brothers, Bobby Lee Caruthers and Ike Caruthers, Jr. of Osceola; four sisters, Linda Faye Caruthers, Mary Katherine McNeal and Ruthie Lee Caruthers of Osceola, Essie Gaye Caruthers of Olive Branch, Miss.; one special grandson, Randas Caruthers of Alton, Ill.; a host of grand-, great- and great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 12-2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 30, with the funeral at 2 p.m. at Bethel Church of the Lord Jesus Christ in Osceola. Burial will be at Keiser Cemetery in Keiser with Bro. Ike Caruthers officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola is in charge.
