Robert Monroe Scott
Robert Monroe Scott, 78, of Blytheville, passed away Friday, Nov. 1, 2019, at his home.
Robert was born in Shreveport, La., to William and Dorothy Simpson Scott. He served his country with honor in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. After 20 years of service to his country, Robert retired as a tech sergeant. Upon retirement he worked as a civilian radio repairman on base.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Richard Lee Scott.
Robert leaves his wife Jean Scott of the home; four children, Sheila Blackmer and her husband Jeff of Blytheville, Donna Gingell and her husband Reed of Myton, Utah, Lori Lynn Hathaway of St. Joseph, Mo., and Russell Conrad and his wife Lynette of Tacoma, Wash.; one sister, Mary Cleo Childs of Arlington, Texas; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
