Saturday, October 5, 2019

My wife and I would like to thank the entire Blytheville community for making the Antique Bus Homecoming event a great success.

Blytheville's enthusiasm and warm hospitality is amazing! We thank Main Street Blytheville for use of the wonderful Greyhound depot and especially for the hard work and dedication of L.C. Hartsfield.

His event promoting is unmatched!

L.C. organized the musical entertainment, food truck, and much, much more.

A special thanks to Blytheville Chamber of Commerce for the wonderful meet & greet/cook-out.

Thanks to Mayor James Sanders and his wife, Joyce, and the volunteers for helping serve food at the Greyhound depot and participating in the antique bus parade.

Thanks to the Blytheville Police Department for providing traffic control and security for our event.

Thanks to the organizers, contestants, and all vendors of the chili cook-off.

Thanks to Tobye McClanahan of Mailboxes & Beyond and all the Main Street Blytheville businesses for providing awesome gift bags for the bus participants.

Thanks to Becky Westerbook and Bob Halsell of Dixie Pig BBQ for supplying our Friday night group meal.

Thanks to Erin Langston-Carrington of Blytheville Book Company for providing vendor space for the antique bus event.

Thanks to our event participants, some who traveled with buses from as far away as Canada!

We love your town!
