Frances Diehl

Frances Diehl, 76, of Gosnell, passed away in the arms of Jesus on July 17, 2019, at Gosnell HCR in Hospice Care. She was born in Marietta, Ohio, to the late James and Frances Diehl. She was a member of the Fairview Baptist Church in Blytheville, graduated from Marietta High School in 1961, and had been employed at General Dollar Store in Parkersburg, W. Vir. She loved her job and spoke of it often.

Survivors include her two sons, KC Nolan, and wife, Chinita, of Chesapeake, Vir., and Kevin Nolan of Williamstown, W. Vir.; three grandsons, Diemetryus, Jalen and Jamir, all of Chesapeake, Vir.; one brother, Louie Diehl (Linda); sisters, Martha Diehl of Marietta, Ohio, and Marilyn Roberts (Fred) of Gosnell; many nieces and nephews in Marietta, Ohio, Gosnell and Clovis, N.M., close friends in Vienna and Parkersburg, W. Vir., and a host of other family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Diehl.

Funeral services were 1:30 p.m. Monday, July 22, at the Fairview Baptist Church, 1100 N. Franklin, Blytheville, with Dr. Coy Camp and Pastor Mike Silvey officiating under the direction of Faith funeral Service, Manila. Burial was at Elmwood Cemetery, Blytheville. The family will received visitors from 12:30 p.m. until service time.

Pallbearers were Tommy Garey, Steve Taylor, Bill Jones, Josh Buchanan, Jackie Moody and Sam Hamm.
