Eva Jean Wilson

Eva Jean Wilson, 84, of Searcy, formerly of Marie, passed away June 27, 2019, at Unity Health Hospital in Searcy. She was a retired ward clerk at South Mississippi County Medical Center in Osceola and of the Baptist faith. Ms. Wilson was born March 27, 1935, in Muldrow Okla., to James Harrison and Sarah Ann Waters Wagers.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Gayla Denise Hilliard; one brother; six sisters and one great-grandchild Xane Stambaugh. 

She is survived by three sons, Charles Allen Wilson of Dexter, Mo., Alex Randal (Melissa) of Searcy, Robert Christopher (Tina) Wilson of Gates, Tenn.; one brother, Gary Wagers of Dyess; four sisters, Hazel Wagers of Lake City, Linda Darty of Caraway, Sheila Follet of Joiner and Kaye Bishop of Marked Tree; 18 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. 

Visitation was from 12-2 p.m. Sunday June 30, at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, with funeral following at 2 p.m. Burial was at Rivercrest Gardens in Marie, with Bro. Gary Andrews officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola was in charge.
