Niki Wisdom Nichols

Niki Wisdom Nichols, born March 22, 1972, departed this life for her Heavenly home on Sunday, June 30, 2019, after her brave battle against cancer. She gave her heart to the Lord at Armorel Baptist Church shortly after graduating from Blytheville High School in 1990. She attended UALR for her undergraduate studies and later achieved a Doctorate of Pharmacy in 1999 from UAMS in Little Rock. After graduating college, she began her career at Kroger Pharmacy in Blytheville. She later worked for Wal-Mart Pharmacy, Great River Medical Center, SMC Regional Medical Center and Osceola Pharmacy, both in Osceola, and eventually for The Pill Peddler in Osceola, owned by her dear friends Stephanie and Jerry Rapert. Niki adored her Pill Peddler family, her physician friends and their staffs in Osceola and all of the patients she got to know over the years. She showed her love for others in so many ways and was as precious on the inside as she was on the outside. She will be remembered by all that knew her as being extremely kind and generous.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Johnny and Wanda Wisdom and Harvey and Joan Fulgham Gillihan.

Niki is survived by her loving husband, Randy Nichols of the home; son, Garrett Nichols, who she loved and cherished more than life; her beloved dog, Wynter. She also leaves behind her parents, Charles and Carol Wisdom of Blytheville; brother, Kevin Wisdom and his wife Charlsie of Fayetteville; niece and nephew, Bishop and Bella; mother-in-law, June Nichols of Blytheville; sister-in-law, Leigh Ann Bivens of Gosnell; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins on both sides of the family.

A Celebration of Niki’s Life will be held Wednesday, July 3, at 11 a.m. at Armorel Baptist Church with Rev. John Wofford officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Blytheville Humane Society.
