Johnny Lee Thomas was born June 21, 1954, in Memphis, Tenn., to James Thomas of Milwaukee, Wis., and the late Rosie Lee Wood Miller. He was a farm worker and was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Thomas passed away on May 16, 2019, at the Great River Medical Center in Blytheville at the age of 64.

He was preceded in his death by his mother, Rosie Lee Wood Miller.

He is survived by his father, James Thomas of Milwaukee, Wis.; his fiance, Julia Tillis (Princess King) Thomas of Wilson; five sons, Lamon Ellis, Johnathan Laval Smith of Kennett, Mo., Rashawn Davis of Osceola, James Rivers and Zacharia Rivers, both of Wilson; three daughters, Cameron Richardson of Carbondale, Ill., Jacqueline Shantale Smith of Caruthersville, Mo., and Deanna Davis of Blytheville; three brothers, Eddie Thomas of Key Largo, Fla., Louis C. Miller of California and Louis Baker of Osceola; five sisters, Sharon Williams and Peggy Miller, both of Columbus, Ga., Patricia Mister of Fayette, Miss., Evelyn Lewis of Topeka, Kan., and Kia Kilpatrick of Milwaukee, Wis.; a host of grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.

The visitation will be held Sunday, May 26, from 1-2 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville, with the funeral immediately following at 2 p.m., Pastor Peterson officiating. The burial will be held at Sandyridge Cemetery in Burette.
