Jerry Sue LaRue

Jerry Sue LaRue, 67, of Keiser, died May 19, 2019, in Jonesboro. She was a retired deputy clerk at Mississippi County Court House in Osceola of 15 years, the former mayor of Keiser, and a lifetime resident of Mississippi County. Mrs. LaRue was born Feb. 4, 1952, in Dyess, to Horace Hart and Mabel Jackson.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband, Billy LaRue of Keiser; two sons, Billy LaRue Jr. of Keiser and Cody (Amber) LaRue of Jonesboro; one brother, Ricky (Darla) Hart of West Memphis; one sister, Peggy (Jerry) Sellars of Keiser; and three grandchildren, Chelsey (Josh) LaRue and Lane Jones of Jonesboro, and Erin McCallie of Marion.

Visitation will be Wednesday, May 22, from 10-11 a.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, with the funeral immediately following. Burial will be at Mississippi County Memorial Gardens in Osceola. Wilson Funeral Home of Osceola is in charge.
