Billy Wayne Quinn

Billy Wayne Quinn, 70, of Manila passed from this life Sunday, April 21, 2019, at the Monette Manor Nursing Center. Born in Tyronza, he was the son of the late Alger and Willie Lowery Quinn and was raised in Dowagiac, Mich. Billy was a U.S. Army veteran, serving two tours in the Vietnam War and was a retired fruit harvest worker.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Marshall Quinn, Jimmy Quinn and Gene Quinn, and one sister, Joyce Justice.

Survivors include two brothers, Charles Quinn of Manila and Allen Quinn of Harrisburg; one sister, Ollie McKee of Monette.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday, April 26, in the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Manila with Rev. Eddie Hawkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Manila cemetery with military honors. The family will receive visitors Friday from 11 a.m. until service time.
