Carl Emanuel Martin

Carl Emanuel Martin, 76, of Brookland passed away April 6, 2019, at his home. He was a retired mechanic and a member of Caraway First Baptist Church. 

He is survived by two sons, Kenny (Christie) Martin of Brookland and Greg (Lee Ann) McAnally of Marked Tree; three brothers, Veon and Paul Martin of Caraway, and Bobby Martin of Leachville; one sister, Mildred (Jim) Sellars of Jonesboro; five grandchildren, Brandon McCullar of Holcomb, Mo., Austen (Megan) Martin of Bald Knob, Blake Martin, Jacob Elam and Marie Claire Elam, of Brookland; five nieces and five nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Opal Mouzy Martin; the love of his life, Maerine Tippitt Martin; two sisters, Pat Humes and Annie Weeks.

Visitation will be from 12-2 p.m. Wednesday, April 10, at the First Baptist Church of Caraway, with the funeral immediately following. Bro. Rick Stevens will be officiating. The burial will be held at Caraway Cemetery in Caraway.
