Charles Louis McWaters

Charles Louis McWaters passed away February 8, 2019.

He was born in Blytheville in 1950 to Charles and Baneeta McWaters. Louis graduated Columbia Military Academy, Ouachita Baptist College, Arkansas State University and Southern College of Optometry. He practiced Optometry in areas throughout Northeast Arkansas before settling in North Little Rock. Louis was a pianist, and loved listening to music and playing golf.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Mary Alice “Mame” Caldwell.

Louis leaves two sisters, Susie Fussell of Hernando, Mississippi and Margaret M. Stovall of Jonesboro.
