Beulah Mae Parks

Beulah Mae Parks, 61, of Osceola, died Jan. 5, 2019, in Jonesboro. She was a homemaker and a member of Pilgrim Rest MB Church in Osceola. Ms. Parks was born June 1, 1957, in Osceola, to Henry and Thelma Edwards Childs.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Ricky Parks, one brother, Lee Hodges.

Survivors include three sons, Garfield Cannon III and Deandra Taylor of Jonesboro and James Taylor of Luxora; three daughters, Priscilla Hunter, Dianna Cannon and Barbara Cannon of Jonesboro; one brother, Jessie James Child of Huntsville, Ala.; two sisters, Glenda Stevenson of Osceola and Dorothy Holloway of Cleveland, Ohio; 20 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 9-10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, with the funeral at 10 a.m. at Pilgrim Rest MB Church in Osceola. Burial will be at Whiteside Cemetery in Osceola with Rev. Cleveland Cain officiating.
