Rachel Ann Avery

Rachel Ann Avery, 75, of Blytheville died December 5, 2018 at her home.

She was born October 31, 1943 in Waynesboro, TN to J.W. and Willie Jane Huckabee Matlock.

Mrs. Avery was a retired accounts payable clerk for American Greetings and a member of New Liberty Baptist Church in Blytheville. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband Jack Avery of Blytheville, two sons Darren (Glenda) Avery of Blytheville and John Gavin (Kim) Avery of Mississippi, one brother Robert Matlock of West Ridge, AR, eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren. Visitation will be Saturday, December 8, 2018 from 1-2 p.m. with the funeral at 2 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Burial will be at Dogwood Cemetery in Blytheville. Bro. Jim Walker is officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola is in charge.
