Jewell Lynn Thomas

Jewell Lynn Thomas, 53, of Marie died August 4, 2018 at Methodist University in Memphis. She was a retired factory worker and a member of Nodena Baptist Church in Wilson. She was born July 26, 1965 in Wilson to Paul "Pete" and Carolyn Harrison Smith. She was preceded in death by her father Pete Smith, one sister Mary Carol Arquitt, one grandson Peylyn Thomas and her grandmother Jewell Harrison. She is survived by her mother Carolyn Smith of Osceola, her husband Ronald Thomas of Marie, one son Jay (Terri) Thomas of Armorel, one daughter Tiffany (P.J.) Sanders of Osceola, one brother Jerry P. (Tonya) Smith of Osceola, one sister Lucinda (Chris) Hodge of Cordova, Tenn., five grandchildren Cayden and Christopher Sanders of Osceola, Jaylin Thomas, Kandala Thomas and Adalyn Thomas of Armorel. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 7, 2018 from 5-8 p.m.and the funeral is Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Burial will be at Rivercrest Gardens in Marie. Bro. James England is officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola is in charge.
