Roy Stanley Orr

Roy Stanley Orr of Blytheville was born July 30, 1953 in Luxora to the late Jeffie Orr and the late Margie Miller Orr. He worked as a lineman for Entergy for over 43 years and was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Orr passed away at the Great River Medical Center in Blytheville on July 10, 2018 at the age of 64. He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother Billy Orr. He is survived by his wife Anita Humes Orr of Blytheville, three sons Cedric (Lorraine) Orr of Austin, Texas, Christopher Orr of Houston, and Jason (Isa) Orr of Woodland, TX, six brothers Jeffery Orr and Robert Orr both of Muncie, IN, and Edward Ray Orr, Marty Orr (Christine), Jerry Orr (Rosie) and Chris Cross (Lisa) all of Blytheville, two sisters Dorothy Long (James) of Muncie, Indiana and Carolyn Echols (Douglas) of Blytheville, and four grandchildren. A visitation will be held Friday, July 13, 2018 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at New Mt. Olive M.B. Church in Blytheville. The funeral will be held Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 10:00am at New Mt. Olive M.B. Church in Blytheville, with Pastor Frederick Clay, Sr. officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Blytheville. Services provided by Wilson Funeral Home Blytheville.
