Dott Reel Watson

Dott Reel Watson, 93 of Holcomb, passed away on Thursday, May 3, 2018, in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

Dott, daughter of Jacob Martin and Frankie Hicks Reel, was born on Tuesday, July 15, 1924, in Holcomb, Missouri.

She was a long time member of the Holcomb Church of Christ and a Homemaker.

On Nov. 30, 1947, in Paragould, Ark., she was united in marriage to Charles Pershing Watson. He preceded her in death on Jan. 9, 1994.

Her survivors include three children, Susan Robinson (JR) of Leachville, Charles P. Watson, Jr (Cheryl) of Kennett, Mo., and Margaret Watson of Jonesboro; four grandchildren, Dal Luther, Matthew Cohn, Charlyn George and Claire Haney; five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Chrystal Miller, Stella Wright and Winnie Vancil and a brother, Commodore Reel.

Visitation will be from 2-3 p.m., Sunday, May 6, 2018, at the Landess Funeral Home in Campbell with services beginning at 3 p.m. with Mr. Raymond Lasley officiating. Burial will follow at Stanfield Cemetery in Clarkton.

Pallbearers will be Ronnie Wright, Marty Vancil, Dal Luther, Matthew Cohn, Michael George and Beau Haney.
