Mrs. Neda Florine Vincent, 83, of West Plains, Missouri passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2017 in Mountain Home. She was born on October 9, 1934 to Everett and Myrtle (Richardson) Lucas in Blytheville.

She is survived by one son, Ronald Vincent (Diane) of Mountain Home; two daughters, Vickie Vincent of Mountain Home and Valerie Vincent of West Plains, Mo.; four grandchildren, Chad Vincent (Holly) of St. Charles, Mo., Stacy Vincent of Marysville, Wash., Jamie Roberts (Amanda) of West Plains, Mo. and Amanda Gonia (Michael) of Jacksonville, Ark.; seven great-grandchildren and eight brothers and sisters.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Vincent; her parents; one great-granddaughter, Emma; and three sisters.
