Jani Bourland Watson

Jani Bourland Watson, 48, from Ironton, Mo., formerly from Manila, passed from this life on Aug. 8, 2017, at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, Mo. She was born in Blytheville, Ark., on April 9, 1969. She graduated high school from Riverside High School in 1987.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Jodi Bourland; her mother, Sandra Barrett Bourland; grandparents, Guy and Mary Jane Bourland and Chesley and Frankie Barrett.

She is survived by her father, Kenny Bourland of Manila; a sister, Deanna Schillinger of Ironton, Mo.; two sons, Zachary Braden of Jonesboro and Samuel Watson of Booneville, Mo.; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Jami had a joyful personality. She loved flea markets, reading a good book, good movies and good music. She will be missed but she is now rejoicing in Heaven.

Arrangements were made by Faith Funeral Services. A private family memorial service will be held at Caraway Cemetery.
