Mrs. Edna Berniece Williams Ring was born October 12, 1932 and passed away Wednesday, May 3, 2017. She was a retired elementary school teacher and a Baptist preacher’s wife for 50 years. She taught piano and worked in vacation bible school

Mrs. Ring was the daughter of the late Issac (Ike) Green Williams and Laura Jane Fielder Williams. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Owen Ring; grandchild, Patrick Chilton Ring; great grandchild, Kale Leon Morgan; brother, Eugie Eric Williams; and sisters, Joyce Hudson and Izetta Collins.

She is survived by children, Diane and Ron Collins of Clarksville, Arkansas; Rick and Sheila Ring of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; Donna and Parker Morgan of Springfield, Missouri; Joy and Merle Burnett of Bella Vista, Arkansas; Philip Ring of North Little Rock; and Carolyn and Keith Welch of Blytheville;

Grandchildren, Nick and Cary Collins of Little Rock; Jeremy and Jan Collins of Little Rock; Hailee and Chris Truelove of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; Kelly and Lucas Sexton of Ballwin, Missouri; April Goff of Blytheville; Karen and Eric Wright of Bella Vista; Bill and Crysten Morgan, Kearny, Missouri; Todd and Jennifer Ring, all of Centerton, Arkansas; Michael and Lauren Harmon of Heber Springs; Bradley and Amanda Welch of Blytheville; and Bridgette Welch, Clarksville, Tennessee.

Great grandchildren, Josie Nicole Collins, Carter Owen Collins, Lindsay Berniece Collins, Tate Jackson Collins, Mylie Kathryn Collins, Dallas Patrick Truelove, Bowen “Bo” Pierce Truelove, Chloe Lin Truelove, Drew Allen Sexton, Megan Elizabeth Sexton, Chase Winston Clayton, Owen Key Wright, Colin Marcus Wright, Hunter Michael Wright, Avery Marie Morgan, Allie Lynne Morgan, Annabelle Jewel Morgan, Anna Victoria Ring, Lexi Layne Ring, Maggie Rose Harmon, and Hannah Elizabeth Welch; sisters, Geneva Drafton and Pat Gibson; sisters-in-law, Kay Williams, Jean Ring, Dorothy Scott, June Ring, Joan Ring, and Ann Ring; brother-in-law, Herman Ring; and numerous church family, friends, and other relatives.

Visitation will be held from noon until 2:30 p.m. on Friday at Heath Funeral Home in Paragould. A procession will leave at 2:30 for a graveside funeral at 3 pm at Mt. Zion Cemetery.
