Gloria Mae Willm
Gloria Mae Willm, 82, of Blytheville, passed from this life Thursday, April 6, 2017, at the Manila Nursing Center. Born in Texarkana, Ark., she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Ida Mae Hedge Smith and had been a Blytheville resident since 1955. She was retired from Walmart and was a member of the Yarbro Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, J.C. Whittle, six brothers and four sisters.
Survivors include her husband, Bernard "Bud" Willm of Blytheville; a son, Jasper Ken Whittle (Tammy) of Blytheville; two daughters, Sharon Parrish (Mike) of Jonesboro and Jaynell Reynolds (Woody) of Berry, Ala. She also leaves five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service was held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 10, at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Manila with Rev. Mark Wheeler officiating. Burial was in the Elmwood Cemetery in Blytheville. The family received visitors Sunday evening from 6-8 at the funeral home.
