Shannon Renee Palmer

Funeral services for 33-year-old Shannon Renee Palmer of Keiser will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 15, 2017, at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Manila. Born in Big Spring, Texas, she was the daughter of Randy Lee and Ruby Mae Stone Hinklin and had been a lifelong area resident. Shannon had attended Manila High School and was a homemaker. She enjoyed fishing and camping with her family and friends on Spring River.

She is survived by her husband, Clifton Palmer of the home; two sons, Seth Keith Sickels and Ashton Lane Sickels, both of the home; one stepson, Cory Ray Eugene Palmer of Wynne; one daughter, Maci Makalee Sickels of the home; one stepdaughter, Gabrielle Megan Palmer of Wynne; her father, Randy Lee Hinklin and wife Sandra Stropes of Osceola; her mother, Ruby Mae Zell and husband Don of Caraway; her brother, Alec Daniel Hinklin of Osceola; her sister, Christy Marie Hinklin of Manila.

The family will receive visitors Wednesday from noon until service time at the funeral home.
