Pauline Edwards Reed

Mrs. Pauline Edwards Reed, 90, of Ash Flat, Arkansas and formerly of Blytheville, passed away Thursday, November 17, 2016 at Monette Manor Nursing Home in Monette.

Pauline was born in Marshall County, Mississippi to George and Clara (Allen) Edwards. She retired from the First Baptist Church Daycare in Blytheville. She was a member of the Lone Oak Missionary Baptist church and was a Blytheville resident for most of her life.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Cleo W. Reed; her parents; daughter, Amy Reed Finley; brothers, Gene, Junior, Glen, and Wayne Edwards; and sisters, Elzene Gee and Mabel Whitehead.

Pauline leaves her children, Don Reed of Hardy, Arkansas, Phyllis Macry of Collierville, Tennessee, Janet Caviness of Mountain Home, Arkansas, and Sandy Sigman of Ash Flat, Arkansas; sisters, Jeanette Smith of Blytheville and Maxine Richardson of Texarkana, Arkansas; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Sunday, November 20th at 2:00 p.m. in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Danny Smith officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time at Cobb Funeral Home.
