Mrs. Eva Gill, 85, of Blytheville, passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2016 at the Heritage Square Nursing Home in Blytheville.

Eva was born in Driver, Arkansas to Coleman and Mamie (Lusk) Lannum. She was the Mississippi County Treasurer for many years and the CEO of River City Spice Company. Eva was also a member of Trinity Baptist Church and involved in many clubs and organizations in Blytheville. Eva was a former member of Blytheville Business Women's Club, Junior Auxiliary, Blytheville Jayceettes, Town and Country Extension Club, American Legion Auxiliary, and the DAV Auxiliary.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ira Ray "Red" Gill; two sons, Ricky and Ray Alan Gill; daughter-in-law, Glenda Gill; brother, Coleman Lannum and four sisters, Lita Palmer, Nettie Schreick, Christine "Butchie" Ward and Mary Crane.

Eva leaves her granddaughter, Ginger Thompson and her husband Victor of Finley, Tenn. and one great-granddaughter, Gabriella Brown of Hayti, Mo..

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 6 in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Welch officiating. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until service time at Cobb Funeral Home.
